I am currently adjunct faculty with the Institute for Communication, Culture, Information and Technology at the University of Toronto.
My research and teaching looks at the intertwined histories of urban space, housing and technology, in particular through the changing forms of the networked home.
Before coming to teach and work with ICCIT, I completed my PhD at York University in Communication and Culture.
The inspiration for my academic work was drawn from my time as co-editor of the now-defunct Carbusters magazine and co-conspirator with the World Carfree Network
