Rafael holds a double certification in Change Management from PROSCI (Canada) and the London School of Business and Finance (UK). Throughout his career, Rafael has successfully conducted a number of change management initiatives in public and private organizations in North America, South America, and the Middle East. Rafael is a guest professor, teaching Change Leadership at FDC Business School in Brazil.

In his unique approach to Change Management, Rafael conveys Change Management best practices with cutting-edge psychological expertise which stems from his Ph.D. background.
