If you need assistance with your faculty website, you can reach out with questions or request an in-person support session.

To get help:

Please send an email to web-admin-utm@library.utoronto.ca with specific details, including:

  • A brief description of the problem
  • Any error messages you see
  • What you were trying to do
  • The URL of your website (or the specific page)

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
If your request is urgent, please indicate this in the subject line (e.g., “Urgent – Website  Issue”).
