Research Question: 

1) How do horizontal and vertical pay dispersions affect employees' basic psychological needs satisfaction, and how do procedural justice, pay standing, and performance-related pay moderate this relationship? 

2) How do both types of pay dispersion impact organizational identification, organizational cynicism, and work-to-family enrichment, mediated by basic psychological needs satisfaction?


Current Progress: Finalize the survey, and proposal submitted to Association for Psychological Studies (APS) 2025 conference!
